Of the presidential candidates, Americans have also Stewart Alexander, from Socialist Party USA (http://2012.presidential-candidates.org/Alexander/) (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stewart_Alexander)(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Socialist_Party_USA) rathern than only Romney and Obama.
Alexander is a socialist black activist, not a blonde bourgeois politician like Obama, nor Mormon Republican conservative like Romney.
Everybody in the Wall Street and CNN-like media talks about which, Obama or Romney, heads and what is the total budget of their campaigns. It is said that they are financed by about 5 billion USA dollars and Romney's a little bit more.
When Bush Junior was going, he already had declared a policy against economic crisis and suggested a stimulus plan. Similarly with Obama, an enormous bail-outs plan were introduced to support large scale, monopoly capital. But he also wanted to ease the social tensions with a medical care packet. He later did withdraw troops from Iraq, but just to transfer them to Afghanistan etc.
With Obama, so-called "Arab Spring" would be launched too. From Morocco to Iran, all Euro-asia is now under fire. Muslim Brothers have come to power one by one in the Norther Africa. The turn is now in Syria and Lebanon. He has embraced proxy-wars instead of Bush's Junior's direct and hot wars.
Against crisis, American people has organised only "Occupy Wall Street" actions, but not more. They know that the problems have been created by the financial capital, its speculative nature. But, as they do not have a centralist collective socialist political organization, they fail and they are disappointed.
An economic recovery do not benefit the Americans as it just recovers the existing market relations between capital and labor, between creditors and debtors. For four decades, American citizens have earned the same wage and salary. And, American capital loses its productivity. And whenever an economic recovery occurs, market operates with less job. Moreover, capital leaves American for relatively backwards regions in Asia or Latin America.
So, the question for an American working citizen is not to vote for whom, Obama or Romney, but to decide what should be done for the next economic crisis and how they should be prepared for the seizure of political power.
At least for the current elections, they should start to rise the relative share of the socialist candidates even if they know that they cannot win.
Therefore, Stewart Alexander is a good beginning to send message to Wall Street before the real appropriation of capital through a real appropriation of political power in America.
